ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd is a business consulting company that looks at offering Internet solutions to customers. We offer services and solutions regarding CMMS Software and solutions, cloud backup and storage, web development and web hosting, cyber security, as well as customized software solutions

Acceptable use policy

The policy ensures that all services and products offered by ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd to customers is compliant with South African Law. It protects any ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd products and services from improper/ illegal or fraudulent dealings. No user will be permitted to use any data collected from any marketing done by ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd or attempt to contact any individual or company for their own advancement unless written permission has been given by the director of ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd. Any unacceptable use or prohibited activity will be dealt with in accordance with the law.

Cancellation and suspension of services

We at ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd may either suspend or cancel your service at any time at our discretion should the customer not adhere to the payment terms or conditions. Should this occur the customer will have to pay a reinstatement fee of R 500.00 to reactivate the services. Should the customer wish to cancel the service a 30 day calendar month’s written notice to be submitted to info@zmt-solutions.co.za. Any contravention of the acceptable use policy can also constitute reason to terminate services.

Customer Privacy policy

ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of all our users. All personal information will be kept confidential and secure in accordance with legislation. Please see our privacy policy for more information in this regard.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via bank transfer into ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Responsibility

ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of software and services sold, customer service and support. The customer’s responsibility is to ensure that proper procedure and use of such services and/or products are in accordance with the ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd Terms and Conditions including ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd Policies and procedures and service level agreements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We will to the best of our abilities ensure the accuracy and reliability of the content on our website. The use of the website, products and services is at the user’s own risk. We cannot guarantee that any links or download from the website is free from viruses or any destructive code, but we will take all reasonable precautions to maintain the security of our website. We will not be liable for any malfunction, interruption of service, failures to any online service that is due to reasons beyond our control. Loss or damage to data directly or indirectly due to system malfunction, third party systems, power failures, theft or unlawful use of data, or any computer viruses as a result of customer failing to activate a credible anti-virus. We cannot be liable for any downtime or system failure due to third party services or goods such as Internet service providers, switched telecommunication network providers or any electrical issues which we have no direct or indirect control over. ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions on this website and can suspend or terminate the website, products and services at any time without prior notice.

Service agreement

ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd and the customer enter a service agreement in which the terms of service and any maintenance is specified. The agreement covers any remote assistance using Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Servers. Running backups and installing any updates and monthly system diagnostics. The customers responsibilities are to ensure that all necessary payments are made at the agreed upon intervals to maintain the service. ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd will notify the customer should there be any service-related maintenance and will notify the customer of any suspicious activity or security threats. ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd will then give suggestions to the client on how to manage such threats and it is the customers responsibility to implement and or follow the suggestions. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all their employees are aware of the services and policies that are in place regarding the use of the products or services supplied by ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd. Any services outside what is agreed upon will be billed accordingly. Termination of service refer to cancellation of service session.

Amendments

ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to change terms of use or any part thereof at any time without notice. Where a major change has been made the customer will be notified via email to read any significant changes or updates that could pertain to them.

Country of domicile

This website Including its products and service offerings are governed by the laws of South Africa and ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, ZMT Solutions (PTY) Ltd, 351 Kiepersol Street, Negester, Klein Kariba, Bela Bela 0480, Limpopo, South Africa.
